Return & Refund Policy

At Lootfora, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason unrelated to product defects.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Defective or Damaged Products

We only offer refunds or replacements if the product you receive is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

Once we review and confirm the defect, we will:

  • Offer a full refund, or
  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Minor variations in color or appearance
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies due to a defect, we will either replace it or issue a refund after inspection.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to defective-only refund policies where goods are customized or sealed for hygiene reasons once opened. However, defective items remain fully covered under our defect policy stated above.
